Your Home Page

Home is the first page after you sign in. It gathers what concerns you across the application into cards, and each card links to the page behind it.

Groups

Cards sit in groups, one per area of the work: Work, Materials, Portals & Automations and General. A group appears when your organization uses that area and your rights let you see it. Until there is work to show, a Getting started card explains where to begin.

Arranging cards

Each card's ⋯ holds:

• Small, Medium and Large set how much room the card takes;
• Move up and Move down within its group;
• Move to moves it to another group;
• Collapse card and Expand card.

With a mouse, drag a card onto another group to move it there. The arrangement is kept on this device, for your account.

Custom cards

Add card beside a group's name pins a search to your home page. Give the card a name and the search terms. It shows the top matches from that group's area, whether records, sites, stock or portal submissions, and it stays up to date as they change.

A custom card's ⋯ adds Edit card and Remove card.

On the phone

The phone's home page shows the same kind of cards in one column, with the same ⋯ to move them. See On the phone.
