Admin › Audit keeps every change made in Aptli: who made it, when, and what it changed.

Timeline

The timeline lists changes newest first, each with the record, the kind of change and who made it. The timeline loads when you press Load. Narrow the search first to read a long history quickly.

• Search finds changes by record.
• Filters sets the date range, the kinds of record, the kinds of change (created, updated, deleted) and who made them. Each applied filter shows as a chip.
• The project, site or resource button follows one thing: the changes to it and to everything that hangs off it.

Changes made together sit under one row. Expand it to see each one.

The count menu splits what loaded into creates, updates and deletes, and exports the trail as CSV, Excel or JSON.

Restore

Records the archive job has moved out of the live records stay in the archive. Restore lists them one kind of record at a time and brings the ones you select back.

Destruction log

The destruction log shows each run of the archive job, and every record removed for good with when it was removed. It is the proof that a record was destroyed, and nothing on it can be changed.
